At MoveUp Outlet, we aim to provide high quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

1 Retours

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

After we receive your return, we will process the refund within 10 jours ouvrés to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non refundable.

Retour shipping costs: paid by the buyer unless we made an error (for example, wrong item sent).

2 Échanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Once the returned item is received, it will be processed within 10 jours ouvrés.

3 Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if something arrives damaged or defective.

Include photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.

We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund at no cost to you, where applicable.

4 Non Retourable Items

To maintain fairness and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.

Promotional or discounted items (unless we sent the wrong item).

Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.

5 How to Initiate a Retour

Please wait for approval and instructions before sending any items back. Retours sent without authorization may not be processed.
